The SHAKTI YOGA 200-Hour Teacher Training is a month-long residential program held in Phoenix, Arizona. This training attracts students from around the world and produces powerful, committed, informed and confident yoga teachers able to incorporate asanas, chanting, music, meditation, activism and scriptural study into a challenging practice leading to enlightenment. Vinyasa Yoga

The SHAKTI YOGA Vinyasa Teacher Training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to teach your own vinyasa flow classes. You will develop a strong personal yoga practice, while mastering the skills to become a talented yoga instructor. You will have sufficient opportunities to lead your own vinyasa flow class to your fellow trainees and to community classes. The month-long training program covers yoga philosophy and scriptures, history of yoga, introduction to Sanskrit, introduction to anatomy, practice teaching sessions, study groups, mentor guidance, quizzes, and final test. The training focuses not only on the physical postures, but also on how the postures evolved. We explore yoga’s ancient sacred texts and five-thousand-year-old traditions, as well as the psychotherapeutic benefits that develop with a steady practice and the spiritual power that is set free when energy flows throughout the heart, body and mind.

Intensiv Meridian Yin Yoga Teacher Training

The Meridian Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive training designed for teachers interested in learning the anatomic and energetic theories of the practice. This training is divided into three components: Theory and Practice of Meridian Yin Yoga Anatomy. This training is open to all levels of practitioners, particularly those wanting to teach Yin Yoga, acquire a better understanding of Chinese meridians, delve deeper into the study of Yoga Anatomy, or simply wanting to deepen their yin practice.

After completing the 4-days basic training you can add on the 2-days intensiv meridian training. We will focus on the meridians and you learn to transfer you knowlegde into your teachings.

Payment Plans: Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the start of the program. If you would like to pay in installments, we will happily set up a monthly payment plan with a $450 administrative fee for plans that extend beyond the beginning of the program.
Tuition and Refund Policy: Full payment is due 14 days before the first day of the training to reserve your place in the course. Refunds are available up to fourteen days before the training begins, less the $450 deposit. After that date, no refund will be given for any reason.
